1st Annual “GOING TO BAT FOR
THE KIDS” charity softball tournament  Amherst Girl’s Softball League is very proud to be hosting the
1st Annual “GOING TO BAT FOR
THE KIDS” charity softball tournament. This softball tournament will be
held on May 20, 2012. We will have 28 teams, 325 girls, from grades 4th thru 12th. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Variety Kids
Telethon. The Variety Kids Telethon supports Women and Children’s Hospital of
Buffalo and other Western New York Children’s Charities. This event will help
sick, handicapped and underprivileged children. 100% of all the money raised will stay right here in Western New York.
